MGO sources the highest quality Medjoul Dates that comes from Jericho and the Jordan Valley. The grading system used for our Medjoul Dates is very strict in order to have premium dates. The dates are sterilized, sorted according to size and grade quality and stored in -18˚C to keep them fresh until they are shipped. Sizes are Superjumbo, Jumbo, Large, Medium and small. However, Jumbo and large sizes are the best sellers. Packaging sizes are 5 kg, 1 kg, 500 g and 250 g. we do also private label. Medjoul dates are eaten for their wonderful taste and high nutritional value as they provide energy and are rich in dietary fiber, minerals, potassium, copper, B vitamins, vitamin A, magnesium, calcium and high in antioxidants.

Medjoul dates are often used in baking. They also make a great addition to your morning yogurt or cereal, and work well in savory preparations like braises and in side dishes or salads. Of course, they are fantastic just eaten out of hand.
